Kimberly Hill

Kimberly Hill has a strong background in the field of design and marketing. Kimberly most recently served as the Director of Marketing and Creative Design at Novalis Innovative Flooring starting in December 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Creative Director at MOHAWK HOME from March 2014 to December 2018. Earlier in their career, Kimberly held the position of Senior Designer & Colorist at Shaw Industries from 2006 to January 2014. Kimberly also gained experience as a Designer at Springs Global US, Inc. from 2004 to 2006 and at Milliken & Company from 1999 to 2003.

Kimberly Hill obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from LaGrange College. Kimberly attended the college from 1998 to 2002.
