Albert Martí Parer

Albert Martí Parer has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2015 when they joined Europastry as a Planning and Development Manager. In this role, they led the project to implement a production planning software (Delmia ORTEMS) and reduced the time for format changes. Albert also trained the factory planners. In 2018, they moved to El Pastoret de la Segarra, S.L. as a Plant Production Manager. Here, they were responsible for the production shift of three lines with 30 operators, and was able to increase the OEE by 10% through the design and implementation of a check list system. In 2020, they returned to Europastry as a Site Operations Manager, and was also part of their Fast Track Programme. Currently, they are Plant Manager at NOVAMEAT.

Albert Martí Parer completed an Executive Master in Operations and Innovation (EMOI) at Esade in 2020. Prior to that, they received a MASTER en Dirección y Gestión Financiera from EAE Business School in 2015. From 2013 to 2014, they participated in a Programa de intercambio académico at Chalmers University of Technology, studying Ingeniería química. Finally, they obtained an Ingeniería Química Superior from ETSEIB, Unicersitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) from 2008 to 2013.
