Jason Yee

Jason Yee, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Nova Measuring Instruments since March 2020, where the focus is on transforming product concepts into reality. Previously, Jason held the position of Program Director at Kateeva from April 2015 to January 2020, coordinating hardware and software engineering teams to ensure timely product launches while analyzing system performance for risk management. Jason's extensive career at KLA-Tencor spanned two decades, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams as a Senior Engineering Program Manager and driving initiatives as a Senior Product Support Manager and Senior Technical Marketing Manager. Jason holds a PhD in Semiconductor Material and Device from Princeton University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
