Carolyn Enloe

Associate Director, Medical Scientific Communications at Novan

Carolyn Enloe has over 30 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Carolyn currently holds the position of Associate Director, Medical Scientific Communications at Novan, Inc. Since joining the company in 2013, they have also served as the Senior Clinical Medical Manager and Clinical Medical Manager. Carolyn Enloe obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1988. Carolyn later pursued a Master of Public Health Leadership (MPH) degree from the same institution, completing it in 2007. In addition to their academic degrees, Carolyn has obtained various certifications, including "Body Language for Authentic Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2022 and "Board Certified Medical Affairs Specialist" from the Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA) in 2022. Carolyn has also completed professional development courses such as "Excel Essential Training (Office 365)" from LinkedIn in 2020 and various LinkedIn Nano Tips courses focused on topics like charisma, salary negotiation, and confident presenting, which will be obtained in 2023.
