Kelly Pollock

Kelly Pollock has extensive experience in healthcare law, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Novant Health since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading the legal compliance and privacy team and addressing key compliance issues. Previously, Kelly held the role of Associate General Counsel at Private Diagnostic Clinic, supporting legal matters for a network of 1,500 physicians, and has a background in clinical contract services with Duke University Health System. Additional legal experience includes roles at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice PLLC and Morrell & Watson, P., focusing on civil litigation and healthcare law. Kelly holds a JD with honors from Stetson University College of Law and multiple degrees in social work and health management, underscoring a solid foundation in both legal and healthcare disciplines.
