Shawn Overcash

Shawn Overcash, MBA, is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Float Pool / Special Ops Manager II at Novant Health since July 2020, where responsibilities include leading mobile and flexible workforces focused on physicians and advanced practice providers. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Clinic Administrator II at Novant Health’s Community Health & Wellness Institute, overseeing a $10 million business unit that delivered various healthcare services. Shawn's previous experience includes serving as the Program Manager for Behavioral Health at Novant Health, where access to psychiatric and therapeutic care was expanded, and as a Business Development Consultant, developing strategies for small businesses. Earlier career roles included Director of Marketing at Anuvia Prevention & Recovery Center and President of Philatas Marketing. Shawn holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Business from Wake Forest University.
