Rosibel Bond

Rosibel Bond has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Rosibel started their career as a Sr. Cost Accountant at Colgate-Palmolive in 2003 and worked there for two years. Rosibel then moved on to various roles at the same company, including Cost Accounting Manager and Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for the Home Care division. In 2010, they joined Colgate Oral Pharmaceutical as a Corporate Finance Manager and later became the Plant Controller. In 2014, Rosibel joined Sandoz as an Associate/Director Financial Planning & Analysis, where they led financial planning and analysis for various franchises. Most recently, they have been working at Novartis as a Director PMO and Director Funds Flow US/CFO. In their current role, they are responsible for integrations and separations and is leading the U.S country team. Rosibel has extensive experience in business planning, strategic planning, accounting and reporting, and financial analysis.

Rosibel Bond completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras from 1997 to 2001. Rosibel then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, General at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico from 2004 to 2006.
