Dianne Auclair Rocha

Dianne Auclair Rocha is an accomplished senior executive at Novartis, currently serving as SVP and TA Head for Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolic. With over two decades of experience at Novartis, Dianne has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Senior General Manager for both ASCVD and MS, where responsibilities included full P&L management for multi-billion-dollar portfolios and executing transformative organizational strategies. Dianne has a proven track record in product launch success, having exceeded market expectations during challenging circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic and has consistently demonstrated expertise in cross-functional team leadership, strategic marketing, and change management. Prior to Novartis, Dianne held positions at Johnson & Johnson, contributing significantly to sales and marketing initiatives.
