Qing Xie

Qing Xie is a Senior Principal Biostatistician at Novartis since September 2021, previously holding the position of Principal Biostatistician. Experience includes a Graduate Research Associate role at The Ohio State University College of Public Health, where COVID-19 data collection and statistical modeling were conducted. Prior to that, Qing served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University, instructing various statistics courses and managing course logistics. An internship at Pfizer involved proposing innovative Bayesian designs for dose allocation, while early research assistant roles included statistical analysis and report drafting at the Institute for Behavioral Medicine Research. Qing Xie earned a PhD in Biostatistics from The Ohio State University and a BASc in Statistics from Beijing Normal University.
