Shari Fraser

Shari Fraser is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in patient engagement and support programs. Currently serving as Patient Engagement Lead at Novartis since July 2019, Shari has played a pivotal role in coordinating three product launches and leading the patient support program operational team. Prior to this, experience at Medaxis included roles as Team Lead, Clinical Support Specialist, and Reimbursement Specialist, focusing on patient records and access to medications. Shari's career began at Innomar Strategies as a Therapy Coordinator, managing prescription drug coverage for over 300 patients. Earlier roles included language instruction at Connexions and volunteer recruitment coordination at Volunteer West Island. Shari holds a Graduate Diploma in Health and Social Services Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from McGill University.
