Valentina Albertini

Valentina Albertini has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the P&O (HR) People Partner Team Lead for Italy at Novartis since March 2022. Prior to this role, Valentina held various positions at Novartis Oncology from January 2012 to March 2022, including HR Business Partner for both Oncology Italy and the Oncology Region Europe Headquarters, and a Junior HR Business Partner. Earlier career experience includes a Junior HR Specialist role at Artsana Group and an internship as an HR generalist. Valentina holds a Master Degree in Management and a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Management for Arts, Culture, and Communication from Università Bocconi, as well as a Diploma in Maturità Scientifica from Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei.
