Shankar Radhakrishnan has worked in various roles in the technology development field. Shankar started their career in 2006 as a Senior MEMS Engineer at Multispectral Imaging Inc, which was later acquired by Agiltron. At Agiltron, they took on the role of Senior MEMS Engineer and then became a Principal Product Development Engineer from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, Shankar joined NovaSignal as the Director of Technology Innovation and later became the Vice President of Technology Development in December 2017.

Shankar Radhakrishnan began their education in 1996 at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they pursued a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. Shankar completed their undergraduate studies in 2000. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2006, they attended Cornell University, where they obtained both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
