Jim McNamara

Jim McNamara possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing for the NovaSource division of Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. since July 2012, Jim oversees all aspects of sourcing, supply chain, and manufacturing for both international and domestic products. Prior to this role, Jim held positions at Nufarm, McIntyre Group, Ltd., Owens Corning, and Mobil Oil, where significant achievements included managing a $200 million supply chain, increasing profit margins, enhancing safety protocols, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Purdue University, along with an MBA from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
