James Noble has had a long and varied career in sales. James began their career in 1991 as a Senior Sales Associate at RadioShack, where they provided face-to-face customer service and advised and educated customers on computers and electronics. In 1997, they moved to PC Mall as a Senior Account Executive, where they had 15+ years of experience in B2B and B2C direct sales and acted as a channel partner advocate. In 2013, they became a Computer Sales Associate at Fry's Electronics, where they provided exceptional customer service and repeat business while maintaining and exceeding weekly net sales and PSC quotas. In 2015, they joined Time Warner Cable as a Retention CSP, where they worked to retain customers and reinforce the value of TWC core products while providing them with unparalleled customer service. Finally, in 2017, they became the Channel Sales Manager at NovaBACKUP, where they helped clients and MSP's preserve their local and off-site data while avoiding malware and other serious threats.

James Noble attended Los Angeles City College from 1989 to 1991, studying Computer Science. James also holds a certification from Franklin Covey.
