Charles Clague

Charles Clague has extensive experience in insurance operations accounting and compliance. Charles served as the Head of Insurance Operations Accounting at Novatae Risk Group starting in April 2018. In this role, they provided leadership to a nationwide team of 40 employees and supported the CFO in preparing reports and presentations for the Board.

Prior to their role at Novatae Risk Group, Charles worked at Paramount General Agency as the Director of Accounting and Operations from an unknown start date until 2018. In this position, they oversaw various processes related to accounting, financing, new business, endorsement, cancellation, and renewal. Charles also managed accounts for over 200 brokers and was responsible for resolving accounting issues and discrepancies.

Charles Clague received their Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Blinn College from 2010 to 2012. Charles then pursued further education at the University of Texas at Tyler from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
