Jason J. Sgro has over 25 years of professional experience in the technology and cybersecurity industries. In 1997, they began their career as an Applications & Security Engineer and Systems & Security Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In 2008, they joined FCIUSA LLC as a Specialist in Linux Platforms & Security (GLDC). From 2010 to 2016, they held various positions at AgaMatrix, including Manager of Software Projects & IT, Manager of Information Technology, and Head of Corporate IS & Technology & CISO for Health Data Compliance. In 2015, they co-founded Build for Trust, where they served as an Executive Coach & Speaker. In 2018, they were a Senior Advisor for the New Hampshire Senate. In 2019, they became a Senior Advisor for the Validation Institute, focusing on data protection and privacy. In 2021, they joined FIRST as a Privacy Advisor & Data Protection Officer. Most recently, in 2022, they became President of InfraGard, helping to advance the FBI InfraGard Program in New Hampshire.

Jason J. Sgro obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Northeastern University between 2000 and 2005. In 2010, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from 6SIGMAstudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2014, they obtained an ITILv3 certification from Edusys Pvt. Ltd. In 2019, they obtained an Expert Witness certification from the Department of Justice.
