Tim Cowger

Tim Cowger has held various managerial positions in the engineering and maintenance fields since 1996. Tim began their career as a Process Manager at Amalgamated Sugar Company, then moved to Western Sugar Cooperative as a Plant Manager in 2004. In 2005, they joined C&H Sugar, California as a Maintenance Manager, and in 2017 they became the Director of Engineering Operations at Novate Solutions, Inc.

Tim Cowger received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Boise State University in 2001, with a focus in International Finance. Tim began their studies at Boise State University in 1994.
