Carrie Padilla has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carrie started their career in the US Navy, holding various positions such as Operations Specialist and Human Capital Manager. During their time in the Navy, they showcased skills in training, development, and program oversight, as well as in implementing new procedures and problem-solving. After leaving the Navy, Carrie joined Xerox, where they served as a Senior HR Generalist and Corporate Benefits Manager in different divisions. Carrie demonstrated expertise in HR and benefits management. In 2022, Carrie joined Novatech, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources, showcasing their leadership skills and strategic HR capabilities.
Carrie Padilla completed their Associates of Arts degree in General studies from Saint Leo University from 2008 to 2010. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's Degree in Management at Cambridge College.
