Douglas Sanchez Lopez

Douglas Sanchez Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Douglas started their career at Stream Global Services as a Workforce Specialist from April 2012 to December 2014. Following that, they joined OneLink in April 2012, where they initially worked as a Human Resources Information System Analyst until May 2015. During this time, they delivered analytics on attrition and retention, conducted employee satisfaction surveys, and provided insights into operational costs. Douglas then transitioned to the role of Regional IT Project Leader, where they prioritized and managed development projects, collaborated with stakeholders, and articulated product vision to development teams. Douglas was also responsible for developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document project requirements. In January 2022, they joined Novatech as a Project Manager Scrum Master. In this role, they acted as the main client contact, coached team members in Agile frameworks, managed multiple products, and facilitated the success of complex IT modernization and system integration projects. Douglas has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive results, and deliver value throughout their work experience.

Douglas Sanchez Lopez obtained a degree in Computer Engineering, specifically a Licenciatura en Informatica, from the Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador. Douglas attended the university from 2008 to 2018. In addition to their degree, Douglas has obtained several certifications related to project management and agile methodologies. Douglas obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in November 2020. Furthermore, they have acquired multiple certifications in Agile Foundations, Agile Project Management, Agile Tools, Agile Team Building, Agile Meetings, Agile Retrospectives, Agile User Stories, Agile Charts and Boards, and Agile Project Management. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in August 2020. Douglas has also completed certifications in Project Management Foundations: Communication, Project Management Foundations: Risk, Time Management Fundamentals, and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, all from LinkedIn in August 2020.
