Irina V. Gayda

Born in: 1974 Master of Economics, Saint Petersburg State University; MBA, Harvard Business School; ACCA Diploma in accounting and audit; is a Russia-certified auditor. She has more than 15 years of experience in oil and gas consulting regarding strategy, improvement of operational efficiency, motivation systems, and organization models. She worked with Russian and international oil companies on projects in Russia, Central Asia, and Europe. From 2005 to 2018, she worked in The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was the head of BCG's expert practice for energy in CIS. In 2018–2019, she was a partner in Strategy& (part of PricewaterhouseCoopers). From 2020 to 2022, she was the head of the SKOLKOVO Energy Centre. She is a member of the Eurasian Women's Forum under the aegis of the RF Federation Council. Since 2020, she has been the Chairman of the Management Board of Women in Energy Industry Association.
