Ali Pirsiavash

Ali Pirsiavash, PhD is currently working at NovAtel as a GNSS Applied Research Associate. Previously, Ali worked at NextNav as a Staff Systems Engineer, focusing on the Resilient Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) system and Metropolitan Beacon System (MBS). Prior to that, Ali was a Senior Algorithm Designer at Allystar Technology, specializing in GNSS RTK/PPP solutions and GNSS Measurement Quality Monitoring (MQM). Ali also has research experience at the Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary, where they focused on GNSS signal processing, receiver design, and navigation technologies. They hold a PhD in Positioning, Navigation and Wireless Location from the University of Calgary.
