Bassem Ben Mohamed

Bassem Ben Mohamed has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Bassem started their career at Tunisie Leasing as a Production Assistant from April 2014 to August 2014. Bassem then worked at PhoneAct as an IT employee in 2015 and briefly transitioned to a role in Commercial Sales during March 2015.

In 2017, Bassem joined MaxiTEL Telecom as a Commercial Manager from January 2017 to August 2017. Later that year, they joined ProClick Sàrl as a Network Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and managing the network infrastructure. Bassem also provided support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and participated in the design of information and operational support systems. Bassem worked at ProClick from September 2017 to February 2019.

Following their tenure at ProClick, Bassem Ben Mohamed joined MATILAN in 2019 as a System and Network Manager. In this role, they served as an administrator and team leader, managing the IT infrastructure for over 600 clients. Bassem ensured efficient operations, rapid problem resolution, and the successful implementation of new projects. Bassem also supervised a team and more than 2200 servers across six different agencies. Bassem actively participated in meetings, coordinated actions to resolve incidents, and communicated with users. Additionally, they had experience in administering Veeam Backup 9.

Most recently, Bassem Ben Mohamed joined Microsoft in 2020 as an Office365 support engineer, demonstrating their expertise in providing support for Microsoft products and services.

Bassem Ben Mohamed completed a Licentiate degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from the Higher Institute of Informatics and Multimedia between 2010 and 2013. Afterward, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Time Université from 2014 to 2016.
