Fatma Ben Khayatia has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT. Fatma started their career in 2008 as a Technicien Informatique at UBCI Banque, where they worked for two years. In 2010, they joined Sagemcom Tunisie as part of a project, and simultaneously worked at Stream Global Services as an Assistance Technique. Fatma then moved to HelpLine in 2014, where they worked as a Technicien Service Desk for three years, providing support for clients such as KPMG and Saint Gobin. Their responsibilities included managing user requests/incidents, escalating issues to the appropriate teams, and troubleshooting issues related to Exchange/Outlook and Microsoft Office. Since 2017, Fatma has been working at Matilan, first as an Administrateur Réseau et Systèmes, and later as a Supervision des Serveurs/Administration des Systèmes et Réseau. In these roles, they were responsible for server monitoring, network equipment and application maintenance, virtualized infrastructure supervision, and storage management.
From 2007 to 2010, Fatma Ben khayatia attended Institut supérieur d'informatique, where they pursued a degree in licence appliquée en informatique industrielle. Their field of study focused on Administration et gestion de l'informatique / technologies de l'information.
