Andrew Hedley

Andrew Hedley is an experienced risk management professional with a notable background in leadership roles across various financial firms. Currently serving as a Partner at Novatus Global, Andrew has previously held significant positions such as Interim Global Chief Risk Officer and Deputy Chief Risk Officer at Enstar Group, and US and European Head of Front Office Operational Risk at Vanguard. Andrew also served as Head of Risk at M&G and Group Head of Risk at Prudential plc. Andrew holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed between 2015 and 2017.
