Lakshmi Darbha

Lakshmi Darbha, Ph.D., has extensive experience in project and program management within the pharmaceutical and vaccine sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director and Senior Program Manager at Novavax Inc. since June 2021, Lakshmi oversees global program management for the clinical-stage Covid-19 vaccine (NVX CoV2373). Prior roles include Scientific Program Manager at Kelly Government Solutions, where Lakshmi managed the NIH Collaborative Research Exchange, and various positions at Novavax, Altimmune, and the National Cancer Institute, focusing on vaccine development, chemical synthesis, regulatory writing, and structural biology. Lakshmi's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Hyderabad.
