Laura Lindsey

Laura Lindsey, MPH has had a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Laura is currently working as the Director of Corporate Communications at Novavax. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Corporate Communications at Novavax. Before joining Novavax, they worked as a Consultant II at Avalere Health, where they provided strategic advice to life sciences clients on optimizing evidence-based decision making. Laura also worked as a Consultant I at Avalere Health. Earlier in their career, Laura worked as a Senior Account Supervisor, Account Supervisor, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive at Edelman, where they managed client accounts, developed communications materials, and conducted engagement activities. Laura also gained experience as a Jr. Associate at Schmidt Public Affairs, where they provided healthcare public affairs services. Additionally, Laura worked as a Lobbyist Assistant at Washington Health Advocates, where they performed advocacy work on Capitol Hill. Laura also had a role as the Staging Location Director and Canvass Captain for the Tom Perriello Campaign for Congress, where they organized campaign activities and assisted with volunteer recruitment. In the beginning of their career, Laura interned at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP in the Energy Regulatory Section, where they focused on research and attended client meetings.

Laura Lindsey, MPH holds a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Health Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, which they obtained between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human & Organizational Development, Corporate Strategy, and English.
