Ryan MacDonald

Ryan MacDonald has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ryan is currently the Vice President of Finance at Novavax, where they led efforts to implement operational structure and develop a long-range plan for the organization. Ryan also successfully raised over $650M in capital. Previously, Ryan worked at Pfizer, where they held various roles including M&A Group Lead, Senior Director of Capital Markets & Treasury Planning, and Director of Corporate Development. During their time at Pfizer, they led multiple M&A transactions, conducted valuation and due diligence processes, and managed debt issuance. Prior to Pfizer, Ryan worked as an Analyst at MTS Health Partners, L.P., where they participated in financing and strategic advisory services in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Ryan also gained experience at Deloitte, Portfolio Evaluations, Inc., Warrenville Hardware, Gimmal Group, Inc., and Alcatel-Lucent through internships and analyst roles.

Ryan MacDonald attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Management.
