Stephanie Garcia, MBA, has a comprehensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Stephanie is currently serving as the Vice President Global Quality Assurance at NOVAVAX INC since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hillrom as the Vice President, Quality Systems & Compliance from July 2020 to April 2022.

Stephanie also held the position of Head of Global Regulatory Compliance at Takeda from April 2017 to July 2020. Before joining Takeda, they worked at Pfizer as the Director, Global Quality Compliance from February 2016 to December 2016.

Stephanie has extensive experience at Hospira, Inc., where they held various roles. Stephanie served as the Director, Global Compliance from April 2013 to September 2015 and as the Senior Manager, Global Compliance & GMP Intelligence from January 2011 to April 2013. Stephanie began their tenure at Hospira, Inc. as the Manager, Global Compliance & Internal Assessments from October 2007 to January 2011.

Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as a Compliance Supervisor at both Abraxis BioScience from June 2002 to October 2007 and APP Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2002 to 2007. Stephanie also served as the Lead Validation Scientist at Morton Grove Pharmaceutical from May 2000 to June 2002. Stephanie Garcia, MBA, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a Minor in Biology from Northeastern Illinois University (1999-2001). Stephanie then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership/Change Management from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business (2002-2004).
