Sean McKibben

Sean McKibben is a healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Sean is currently the Doctor Relations at NovaXS. Prior to that, they were the President/Chief Operating Officer of Mount Carmel Health System. Sean has also worked as an Independent Consultant and at DASI Simulations.

Sean has a proven track record in strategy execution and financial performance. Under their leadership, Mount Carmel Health System saw its first positive operating income in ten years and its best financial performance in 26 years. Sean also led the development of Mount Carmel Grove City, a new $365M state-of-the-art greenfield hospital.

In addition to their financial accomplishments, Sean has also been recognized for their work in quality and patient safety. Mount Carmel Health System has been recognized as a high-performing hospital in Ohio (top 8%). Sean has also supported the development of the Mount Carmel Health Living Center, which provides educational, health, and wellness opportunities to the entire community.

Sean McKibben has an MBA from John Carroll University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Dayton. Sean is also certified by the State of Ohio as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and by the American College of Healthcare Executives as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
