Santhosh Thomas Kallivalappil

Santhosh Thomas Kallivalappil is an experienced professional in the field of biotechnology and neuroscience. As a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Research at Novel Biotechnology Inc. since August 2021, Santhosh has also served as Co-Founder and Director of Research & Development. Prior to this role, Santhosh was a Research and Development Scientist at New World Laboratories from February 2018 to August 2021, focusing on cell therapy. Santhosh's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Research Associate at the University of Manitoba, spanning from 2009 to August 2018, where research involved the isolation and maintenance of neuronal stem cells and their transplantation into injured spinal cords. Santhosh holds a Post Doctoral Research Fellowship in GPCRs and Cell Signalling from the University of Manitoba and a PhD in Neuroscience from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
