Charlie Thieriot is an experienced professional in the natural resources and meat industries, currently serving as the Director of Natural Resources at Rancho Llano Seco, where coordination of partnerships and opportunities is key. As CEO of Llano Seco Meats, Charlie oversees a team dedicated to producing high-quality, humane pork and heirloom beans. Additionally, Charlie provides advisory services to Novel Farms, Inc. and rePlant Capital, focusing on market strategy and climate solutions, respectively. Previous leadership roles include President of Cerro Pampa Polo Club, where drought resilience was prioritized, and Partner at Ribera Patagonica, which involved sourcing farmland for walnut production in Argentina. Charlie began a career in advertising sales as an Account Executive at The Houston Chronicle and holds a double bachelor's degree in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Vermont, along with yoga teacher training.
