Deepak Shetty

Deepak Shetty has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Deepak started their career at HDFC securities as an Assistant Manager, where they managed a significant equity asset under management for private banking clients. Deepak provided clients with advice and recommendations on equity, derivative, and currency markets. After that, they joined VBHC as an Assistant Manager, where they played a crucial role in marketing and selling residential apartments, exceeding sales targets. Deepak also conducted market research to assess competition and contributed significantly to the company's revenue.

Following their tenure at VBHC, Shetty worked at Prestige Group as a Manager, overseeing the sales and marketing function for residential properties in North Bangalore. Deepak focused on selling premium residential units and took an active role in mentoring and managing channel partners and brokers.

Subsequently, Deepak joined Sobha Ltd. as a Manager, responsible for marketing and sales for the Sobha Dream Acres project. Deepak successfully drove sales and generated substantial revenues, while also forming alliances with business partners and brokers to enhance sales bookings. Deepak prioritized post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Afterward, Shetty worked at Artiifice Commercial Interiors Pvt Ltd as a Regional Sales Head, where they focused on developing and expanding the B2B commercial interior furnishing business in South India. Deepak acquired key accounts, managed vendors, and led various business development initiatives, including project execution, team mobilization, and pricing model structuring.

In their most recent role, Deepak joined Broker Network (4B Networks Pvt Ltd) as a Cluster Head. Deepak was responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding residential projects and real estate developers in South Bangalore. Deepak worked extensively in the field, targeting micro-markets to source developers and projects. Deepak also focused on revenue generation, including wallet collections, recharges, site visit execution, and advance brokerage payout.

Currently, Deepak Shetty is working at Novel Office as an Associate Vice President, specializing in capital markets and fractional real estate investments. Their responsibilities include overseeing capital markets and fractional investments in commercial real estate.

Deepak Shetty completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Vasantraodada Patil Institute of Management Studies and Research, Sangli Miraj Road, between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from G A College of Commerce, Sangli between 1998 and 2003. Before entering higher education, Deepak Shetty attended Modern English School in Sangli from 1985 to 1998. In addition, they obtained the certification "Top 5 Money-Saving AdWords Tips" from LinkedIn in October 2016 and holds a Google AdWords certification in search advertising.
