Bethany Lighthall

Bethany Lighthall has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Messiah University and a Master of Human Resources Management from University of Scranton. Bethany has held various HR roles at Novelis, Aspen Dental Management, Inc., and Oswego Hospital, where Bethany focused on talent acquisition, employee development, and HR functions. Currently, as a Talent Development Lead at Novelis, Bethany supports employee learning and development activities for all North American sites.
