Glaucia Teixeira

Glaucia Teixeira has over 30 years of experience in various human resources roles. Glaucia worked as a Vice President of Human Resources for Novelis, where they oversaw all HR functions in South America. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Human Resources for CEVA Logistics in Latin America, where they implemented training and development programs and diversity initiatives. Glaucia also held the position of Human Resources Director for Penske Logistics in South America, where they provided HR services for new operations and received the Peer Achievement Award.

Before joining Penske Logistics, Glaucia worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager for Control Risks in Latin America, supporting the region's offices in recruitment, performance management, and career development. Glaucia also gained experience at EDS and PeopleSoft Brazil, where they served in various HR roles, including HR Director, Recruitment Director, and Compensation & Benefits Manager. Glaucia began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Sun Microsystems Brazil and worked as an Executive Assistant at Digital Equipment Brazil.

Glaucia Teixeira completed their high school education as an exchange student at Auburn High School in Auburn, NY, USA in 1981. Glaucia then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communications, with a major in Public Relations, from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado between 1982 and 1986. Glaucia furthered their education with a Post-Graduation in Human Resources from FAAP between 1998 and 1999. Later, they obtained an MBA in Human Resources from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2000 to 2001.
