Jonathan Hamner

Jonathan Hamner has extensive work experience in operational excellence and process improvement roles. Jonathan is currently working at Novelis as an Operations Excellence Lead, where they are responsible for delivering a global operations excellence program that includes implementing systems like lean six sigma and performance benchmarking. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Staples as the Manager of Process Excellence, leading a large enterprise program and collaborating with senior management to define and execute solutions. Jonathan also has experience as an Industrial Engineering Manager at Mars, where they implemented Lean Six Sigma projects to improve customer experience. Additionally, Jonathan worked at Anheuser-Busch as a Business Process Manager & Group Manager, overseeing high-speed packaging lines and mentoring process improvement technicians.

Jonathan Hamner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Jonathan also received a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business in 2017.
