Debra Carberry

Debra Carberry, PMP, currently serves as the Global Development Operations Excellence Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb, where responsibilities include leading planning, implementation, and change management for continuous improvement and compliance projects. Prior to this role, Carberry was the PMO Lead and Senior Manager at Quest Diagnostics, managing high-impact technology and business optimization projects across multiple teams. Carberry's experience also includes consulting in learning and development for HireGenics, directing global HR programs at Kantar, and developing corporate social responsibility initiatives at ContourGlobal. Additionally, Carberry contributed to change strategy and communication for The Judge Group and held a Senior Manager position at Deloitte Consulting LLP, focusing on organizational transformation and learning programs. Carberry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Penn State University.
