Faz Zaman

Faz Zaman is an experienced professional in operational excellence and process architecture, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead for Global Operations at Viasat Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Faz held various positions at Inmarsat, including Operational Excellence Lead in the Chief Operations Office and Process Architect. Additional experience includes ARIS process consultancy at Tesco, process architecture roles at IBM Blueworks and Sparx EA, and process analysis for several companies such as TalkTalk, Deutsche Bank, and Centrica. Faz holds a Master’s degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and an MPhil/PhD focused on knowledge management solutions for defense missile manufacturing, both from Cranfield University.
