Lee Gainer

Lee Gainer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various domains including reliability, process engineering, and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Reliability Engineer at Novelis since January 2016, Lee focuses on enhancing equipment uptime through predictive maintenance strategies. Prior roles include Senior Process Engineer at Novelis, R&D Metrology Group Lead, and New Product Development Manager at The Timken Company, where Lee managed metrology operations and product launches, respectively. Lee's career commenced at AMETEK and also includes significant roles at United Technologies and Maytag, with a strong emphasis on process optimization and cost management. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Ohio University and an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The University of Findlay.
