Pushpal Jagdale

Pushpal Jagdale currently serves as the IT BRM for Manufacturing & Operations at Novelis, responsible for factory digital transformation across North America and technology strategy for 15 manufacturing plants. Prior to Novelis, Pushpal was a Digital Factory leader at Honeywell, overseeing end-to-end program ownership for smart factory initiatives and driving digital transformation in global internal factories. Pushpal also held roles as an Industrial Engineer at Volvo Group, Management Consultant at Sonwil Logistics, Lean Six Sigma Consultant at New York State Police, and Automation Engineer at Rockwell Automation. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Symbiosis International University. Currently pursuing a Certificate Program in Industrial Automation at COEP Technological University.
