Roshin Cherian, PMP has a strong work history spanning over two decades, with experience in various industries. Roshin began their career at Ford Motor Company in 1999 as an Engineer/Designer/Analyst, working there for seven years. In 2006, they joined Benteler Automotive as a Product Engineer. Roshin then moved to Honeywell in 2008, where they held the positions of Senior Application Engineer and Lead Program Manager. In 2012, Roshin joined Continental, where they served as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Global Head of Project Management. In 2019, they transitioned to Novelis as the R&D Director of Business Development, focusing on Advanced Technologies. Currently, Roshin holds the position of Head of Transformation at Novelis, overseeing the Global Project Management Office.
