Wes Hills

Wes Hills has extensive work experience in the IT field. Wes started their career at Oxford Industries in 1991 as a Technical Systems Analyst, where they configured and supported AS/400 systems. Wes then moved to CIBA Vision in 1994, serving in various roles such as Director of Global SAP Applications Services, Director of Global SAP Integration Manager, Director of Atlanta Local Service Center, and Manager of Global Network Services. At CIBA Vision, Wes managed SAP implementation projects, infrastructure services, and global network support. In 2012, Wes joined Novelis, where they held positions such as Director of Global Applications Operations/QA COE, IT Strategic Program Director, and IT Director of Global Applications & ePMO. Currently, they are the Vice President of IT, Enterprise Solutions & Global Business Functions at Novelis. Throughout their career, Wes has successfully led teams, implemented technology solutions, and managed crucial IT projects.

Wes Hills attended Auburn University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Rend Lake College in 1985 and 1986, studying Accounting and Business Administration.
