Xavier Varone

Xavier Varone has extensive experience in the automotive sector, currently serving as the Global Technology Director for Novelis since December 2006, with previous roles including Director of Quality & CI Europe and Director of Automotive Development Europe. Prior to Novelis, Xavier Varone worked at Alcan as a Development Engineer from April 2004 to December 2006. Educationally, Xavier Varone holds a Master's degree in Materials Science from EPFL, as well as a Master's degree in Material Science from ETH Zürich. Additional qualifications include a Project Manager Certification from CEFCO, an Oxford 10 days MBA in Leadership and Strategy from Oxford Management Centre, and an MBA in International Commerce from ESCE International Business School.
