Ahmad Hammoud

Ahmad Hammoud is a Scoping Engineer currently employed at Nexius and Novelus since April 2022, where responsibilities include defining the Scope of Work based on RFDS’s and CD’s and creating Bill of Materials. Previously, Ahmad served as a Senior Customer Service Executive at ABC sal from August 2018 to March 2022, managing seasonal events in collaboration with the Marketing department and generating monthly reports on shopper demographics to optimize sales strategies. Additional experience includes handling customer complaints and managing wedding list services to improve customer loyalty. Ahmad holds a B.S. in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Science and Technology, received in 2020.
