Karla Galdamez

Karla Galdamez has extensive experience in production planning and supply chain management, currently serving as a Material Requirement Planner at Novem Group since August 2007. Previous roles at Novem Group include Production Planner and Production Control Manager, where responsibilities involved planning and controlling production across various departments, inventory management, client interaction for demand fulfillment, and ensuring resource optimization. Prior experience includes serving as Production Manager at Apex Honduras, where Karla was responsible for improving production processes and quality, and as Interim Production Manager at Milpas Altas, focusing on production shipment plans and departmental planning. Karla also worked as a Production Engineer at S A de Muebles and as Production Management Assistant at Capri SA, managing production plans and inventory control. Karla holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, earned between 1996 and 2002.
