Luis Aguilar

Luis Aguilar is an experienced maintenance manager with a diverse background in plant maintenance and technology management. Currently serving as Plant Maintenance Manager at Novem Group since March 2022, Luis previously held the position of Gerente de Mantenimiento at El Grupo MANN+HUMMEL for two separate periods, February 2019 to July 2021 and September 2011 to July 2015. From July 2015 to June 2018, Luis worked as Gerente de Tecnologia & TPM at Kautex Textron. Prior to that, Luis gained valuable experience as Gerente de Mantenimiento at Faurecia from March 1999 to August 2011, and as Coordinador de mantenimiento at Krupp Industria Metalurgica from January 1997 to February 1999.
