Mathias Rieger

Mathias Rieger currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit at Novem Group since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in internal audit roles across various organizations. Prior to Novem Group, Rieger held the position of Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Merck KGaA from February 2019 to January 2023. Rieger's career also includes significant experience at Schaeffler, where responsibilities involved planning and executing internal audits as the Deputy Head of Internal Audit Europe and Senior Internal Auditor for the region from September 2015 to February 2019. Earlier roles include Auditor at Schwarz Dienstleistung KG and internships at COXXXANO and SAXONIA IMC GmbH. Rieger earned a Master's degree in International Business from Hult International Business School and holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
