Monika Pap

Monika Pap is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Advance Design Manager at Novem Group since November 2023. Previously, Monika held the role of CEO at DMS - Design Makes Sense from December 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes founding Moonee Maison, a creative textile studio focused on sustainable design, and serving as Designer Leather at Pangea Made. Monika has also worked as Designer for automotive surface textures at Krüth J. u. F., winning the 2017 SPE Innovation Award in collaboration with Faurecia and Ford. Other roles include Designer for home decoration fabrics at Banaras GmbH and Graphic Layout Designer at Agency Alexandra Renke. Monika's educational background includes a Diplom in Textile Design from Hochschule Niederrhein and qualifications in fashion design from Berufskolleg Humboldtstrasse Köln.
