Pradeep Gururani

Pradeep Gururani has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Pradeep is currently the Founder & CEO of ThingMZing Labs, where they developed a privacy-centric social platform and later pivoted to a digital marketplace model. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of India Operations at November First ®, managing offshore product engineering teams. Pradeep also served as an Architect and Solutions Architect at Symphony Teleca, where they led the design and execution of a cloud-native digital platform and achieved significant cost savings. Pradeep has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Pertinent Software Systems, where they developed business-oriented and consumer-oriented products. Pradeep also worked as a Technical Architect at Aditi Technologies, contributing to the expansion of a digital platform for a medico-legal client. Earlier in their career, they held roles as an Architect and Tech Lead at Tesco, where they optimized code base and led architectural developments, and as a Consultant at Microsoft, assisting clients in maximizing their investment in MS CRM 3.0. Pradeep began their career as a Software Engineer at Deutsche Software.

Pradeep Gururani completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Kumaun University from 1999 to 2002. Pradeep then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing, specializing in Computer Programming and Specific Applications, from ACTS (Advanced Computing Training School) from 2002 to 2003.
