Vilija Gerolyte-Harboe

Vilija Gerolyte-Harboe is an experienced professional in the HVAC and water/wastewater sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. At Novenco Marine & Offshore since October 2015, Vilija serves as a Global Service Planner & Administrator, focusing on the planning and administration of service and repair jobs for HVAC systems on vessels. Previously, from September 2011 to October 2015, Vilija held the position of Project Manager at the same company, overseeing the implementation of orders related to HVAC systems. Prior roles include Project Manager at Novenco and Engineer at Cowi Baltic, contributing to feasibility studies and tender evaluations in the water/wastewater sector. Additionally, Vilija has extensive experience at UAB Vilniaus vandenys, managing project implementation and operational processes in wastewater treatment facilities. Vilija holds a Diploma Engineer degree in Water & Wastewater Treatment from Kaunas University of Technology, obtained in 1987.
