Diana Boza

Diana Boza has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Diana began their career in 2003 as a Personal Bank Advisor at Nordea Bank, where they provided financial advice to clients. In 2005, they joined Avon Cosmetics as a Sales Support member before transitioning to Microsoft later that year. At Microsoft, Diana served as a Licensing Sales Specialist and Sales Excellence representative, specializing in licensing expertise and providing training to customers and the sales team. Diana also collaborated with accounting teams to develop licensing offers to increase revenue. In 2016, Diana moved to SQUALIO (DPA group) as the Head of Software Licensing Group, where they continued to leverage their licensing expertise and established a knowledge base. Diana recently returned to the same position at SQUALIO in 2021, this time at their subsidiary Noventiq. Diana's work experience showcases their strong background in software licensing and customer support.

Diana Boza earned a Master's degree in Marketing & Business Administration from Latvijas Universitate from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma from Riga French Lyceum from 1986 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Diana has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Sales Challenger, Disney's approach to quality service, and Exam 70-705 Designing and Providing Microsoft Licensing Solutions to Large Organizations.
